I have received an email from my global options saying that a Nintendo DSi had been ordered by a man with a Wigan address and my email address

Has anyone heard of myglobaloptions? are they an internet scam?



I have checked but no money has gone out of my bank

I don't know what to do as no money has left my account so it isn't fraud and the bank isn't interested

If you know what the company is or what I'm supposed to do I'd be really grateful

Ignore it, it is a scam. They want you to reply with your address and bank details.

Just because they have your email address does not mean they have your house address.

Alternatively, maybe his email address is very similar to yours and he mistyped it, meaning you've got his confirmation message.

myglobaloptions is a website that I use as part of my company incentive scheme. The site certainly isn't a scam however as most of us know, some people try and impersonate a company and spoof the details.

Maybe go to their webpage and fill in a Contact Us form?
