360 money card

I applied for a 360 money card, and paid for it with my credit card.Once the application had gone through I was requested to to send two forms of identification, one from each list provided.A copy of my driving license was no problem but I couldn't provide original utility/bank/council bills as I do all that on line, and print outs are unacceptable.A photocopy of my passport was also unacceptable as it was on the same list as the driving license.I decided to ask for a refund, but now they are saying I need to provide the two forms of documentation to get a refund, which is ridiculous. Whilst I understand the need fr I.D to get the card I can't see how they demand it to get a refund, especially as I paid with a credit card in my name and address!
How do I stand?

I have since been promised a refund, the explanation being that because of my house name they thought it was a business address, and under money laundering regulations required strict I.D. However they said they couldn't refund my credit card as their records showed I paid via SMS token, which isn't true- I wouldn't know how to! I am going to make sure my copy of my driving license is returned, as required by the Data Protection Act, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a problem there.
I have since applied for a Bread card, which was easy and straightforward.
