Really annoyed by isubcribe.co.uk

Hi All,
Quick Rant!
I took out a subcription to Jamie Magazine through isubcribe which had the free cookbook as a gift and promised the person that I gave the subscription to that this is what they would be getting. Jamie issues arrived in time, but the cookbook had not!!
Contacted isubcribe at the end of the 6 weeks delivery period and asked for an update. I was explained to that the free gifts did not come from them and she would call back with an update from the supplier!
2 weeks later, still no call back. Getting quite annoyed as it is a present, I emailed as they only work office hours. I received a fast and quick reply saying they would contact the supplier again. Another email 2 hours later saying the gift had sold out and was no longer availble. I was given a list of alternatives which are of no use to me which is why I waited to order!!!
I emailed back asking for a discount on price or another alternative as I was not happy about the service, still no reply. I also mentioned that I will cancel the order.
So annoyed! :mad:
Any one else had any problems??! Any advice??!
