I will be at a family reunion in New York at the same time as my Nephew's
9th birthday in November - there will be about 13 of us there with an age range of 8 - 70 - any ideas of what we could do that would make the day even more special for him? Ice skating in Central Park is what I am thinking of at the moment.

Hello Franklally
You should take your nephew to eat at the Jekyll & Hyde Club restaurant at 1409 Sixth Avenue, between 57th and 58th streets.
Kids love it, you are greeted at the door by a very scary person. I won't spoil the surprise by telling you what happens next...........but you'll enjoy it. Mr & Mrs Nile loved it, even though we're adults.;)
You must eat there, your nephew will really enjoy it............and so will you.
Enjoy your vist to New York.
Kind Regards

If the ice skating isnt on (might not be cold enough) they have roller blading instead, I think its only on certain days though.
the skating rink is at the south end of the park, and just a couple of hundred meters away is FAO shwarts where they have that big piano out of the film Big with Tom Hanks, you can play on it for free and every 15 mins (I think) they do a show on it0 -
Does your nephew like nintendo. If so there used to be a pokemon centre in New York's Rockefeller Center but they closed this and reopened it as a nintendo world store. My eight year old son would love to go there.
