I have not been on the M S E site for a while due to ill health. I have been trying to catch up on everthing but am rather confused.
I want to reclaim charges due to serious hardship ( Out of work and £10,000 of mortgage arrears.)
The stress and worry of all this, is only adding to my health problems.
Can somebody please advise what my first step should be. Any help greatly appreciated.
Bob

Have a read of the latest MSE article on reclaiming bank charges which should explain what you can do.
