Having a look for home/contents insurance quotes and SureTerm Direct comes in £25 cheaper than anyone else. Are they a good reliable firm?

I am with them at the moment for my motorhome cover.
They came out the cheapest, they are a broker not an insurance company so to speak. My policy through them has gone to ERS (big firm).
They seemed quite laid back which was a little worrying for me but motorhome insurance is non standard but I wanted everything documented incase the worst happens.
I paid them the money, got the documents etc all in good time. I've not had to make a claim or anything though (touch wood) so couldn't comment on that.
