Can anyone recommend a good campsite for tents somewhere in central england around Buxton or Nottingham that would suit a small group of @ 10 adults in their 30's and 40's.
The site must have shower facilities and shop etc, be near a pub and have some interesting walks from leading from it. Preferably under !3 per night per tent/person.

This one https://www.callowtop.co.uk is really nice. Its just outside Ashbourne "the Gateway to the Peak District". There's a nice pub on site, its just 40 mins or so walk into Ashbourne which is a lovely old market town with lots of pubs, restaurants takeaways etc and its adjacent to the Tissington Trail cycle path and loads of lovely walks. Good showers and nice pitches - there are reviews on https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk0
