  • Nah Jinky - I don't know why but he makes me go mmm. Yes I'm strange and I like Hugh Grant too, there is no hope for me.

Claire, swap you looking for kniting machine stuff for my assignment, all do with proximity and distance and the effect of migration on the US-Mexico border in no more than 1,500 words.

Becky is 8 weeks realistically long enough for me to train for a half M?

For who - a beginner definitely not, for you should be depending on what you want out of it really - remember though thats its 6 weeks because 2 are tapering - as long as you up the long run by 2 miles a week and keep the others static or increasing a bit too you should complete the distance - might not be your best ever but you can use it as a springboard to something else later in the year if you wanted :D

If all you need are the clamps, you can use other ways of fixing it.

Yes for me, I want to be quicker than my last half, which was incredibly slow (so shouldn't have a problem beating it) My long run last weekend was 9 miles so I know Im not too far off the distance. Do you run over the 13 mile distance in training? What max should I do 14-16?
