    Morning all

Bookie - Good luck with the cake - hope the snow doesn't hamper your day.

Grey and miserable here, had loads of rain and sleet over night but it feels a bit warmer this morning.

Had a fab nights sleep (first one in I can't remember how long), DH didn't need to get up, the cats didn't wake me up and I woke up naturally. :T

Got a parental visit today - they're swinging past to pick DD1 up from a sleepover on their way here and then Dad is taking DH out to look at a new computer mouse...as his hands are getting worse he needs something bigger and more defined.

boy this work lark is seriously interfering with my social life!!! Lou - Durham in the summer sounds great! Am going to try to sneak online every so often today - just to break up the work day.

I have discovered the true joys of motherhood this morning - Evie was in the car seat next to me happily chattering away. Suddenly she turns her head towards me, smiles and then throws up - completely missed herself and manages to hit my left arm and leg!

Tonight I'm moving the car seat into the rear of the car!!!

    Hugs to all.

  • Thanks for sharing that Cat. Hope she's ok.
We have gone from having a wonderfully early postie (7.30 ish) to a horrendously late one (1ish). Very annoying when you are waiting for a work package to arrive - especially when it has to be signed for so I have to stay in.
