*returns from M&S and Morrisons*
I am the worst depressed impulse buyer ever!
Normal people would buy cake, chocolate, stodgy comfort food etc...
What do I return with? sushi, sweet potatoes, bananas, salmon fillets and organic free range eggs. Oh, i did get a bar of dark 90% cocoa chocolate.
*sigh*
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

I buy fruit and veg when I feel rubbish (and smoothies) - I tend to buy junk when I feel good

Hellooooo
Bit the bullet and cancelled Sky today ..... what a nightmare trying to cancel! Do they go on special training on how to make you feel like the worst person in the world for wanting/needing to cancel??? It took 2 separate phone calls to get them to cancel. Had the whole 'do you have kids in the house, what are they going to watch if you cancel because there isn't much for kids on freeview' guilt trip, the works. DH was saying to them 'we need to cancel as we just don't have the income - we need to keep a roof over our heads so Sky isn't a luxury we can afford right now' but all they kept harping on about was how we would lose Sky Plus and how bored the kids would be with nothing to watch. Anyway, finally got them to shut up and press the cancel button, so we are now £41 a month better off.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015
