We're moving in a few weeks, I've had prepayment meters here for the past God knows how many years. In the new property, there are no PP meters. All I know is that the Gas is with British Gas and the Electricity is with Scottish Power. I know that I've got to take readings when I leave here ~ do I ring the conmpanies above…

They are mentioned on the comparison sites but not included in the savings unless you select quarterly direct debit as the payment method I believe. (because that way the company is sure you are going to pay promptly I guess)

For lower users it could actually work out cheaper than some monthly DD tariffs

Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
