hi just wondering is anyone waiting to hear from natwest with result of the claim for ppi and how long have you been waiting?
i started to claim back in nov 2009 but still waiting to get a result from them. i send the second letter end of jan but got a letter saying busy blah blah..you can get in touch with fOS, but think it maybe quick to get a response from natwest if its just cause they are busy. any advice would be grateful x

Hi and welcome.
Just as long as the 8 weeks have passed then your entitled to move on to the FOS.
Have you also checked on the above success thread with other people's experience of these?
Hopefully you should find some useful info on that thread too.

I claimed off them around october last year and it was all done and dusted and paid out within 10 weeks. However, i am also claiming foir a second loan for which the 8 weeks was up last week. i called them and chased, they said they're really busy but expect to have a letter to me within two weeks. I'm going to call again everyday next week until they send me something!!! You can always take it to the ombudsmen but this will also take time as they're so busy with our PPI claims!
