I checked my credit card last night and noticed it was £12 higher than the day before. When I checked it was a late payement charge as I had not paid January. I checked and I made a payement on January 19th, same day as my blooming statement. As I am in HSBC it applied it immediately.
Rang and complained, expecting sorry cant do, but instead a very nice lady listened, then said no problem I will refund it in 2 hours
Checked today and good as her word its done! Just need to sort out the minimum payement issue now, as it thinks I did not make a payement last month!!
