Has this Packard Bell a diagnostic partiton on the hard disk?
If so you'll have to press a particular function key (eg F10, F12, etc) when the pc starts to access this part of the computer.
If all you see is the PB screen when pc starts, the TAB key may help show the boot screen.
From there, there should be a menu giving you diagnostic options.
Be careful that you don't access the BIOS. This is completely separate and shouldn't be altered.0 -
