Help connecting to the internet please

Hi there,I'm trying to fix a friends computer, the problem basically is that I cannot access the internet or find any networks, I have tried wireless and wired. The computer normally uses a mobile dongle which also will not connect. There appears to be a problem with the firewall but ive turned off windows and installed comodo still no no avail. I've run malware-bytes and super anti spyware which has come up clean expect 1 malware which has been removed. When I hover over the network symbol in the bottom tray it says "The dependency service or group failed to start" any ideas??
Hijack this log included if its any help to anyone.

Turns out there are 14 network adapters on device manager and every single one of them have the yellow triangle!!!! Help please.

Have done some googling and it seems you need to run LSP-Fix

Be aware I have never used this and suggest you research yourself before using or wait for further guidance.

LSP fix is fine to use

Thanks Rik, all problems solved, the computer didn't have a back up but I did manage to do a restore. I'll keep that link for future reference.
