Something sening emails for me

Someothing is sending emails but its not me.
I keep finding emails in my Sent Box to everyone in my contact box.
with links to buy products
Ive ran avg, spypot and malwarebytes but its not finding anything.
Any ideas?

try running these programs in Safe Mode. It may removed a virus that was not able to be removed in normal windows mode.0

i ran avg,malwarebyte and spybot all in safemode and it found nothing
They are being sent via my aol email,no i dont access it via a webpage. i have separate software to login to aol.
Another email has been sent this morning. gonna change the password to the software0
