Have you tried cleaning it yourself - mine has 4 screws on the bottom and the whole thing moreorless comes apart - sometimes a good clean fixes it ? Domotec used to be the recommended 'fixers' but they have gone bust !!0

I think its is the switch thats gone ,i finally tracked them down but turns out theres no repair centre in uk .They wanted me to post of to Germany:eek: as much as i love my Roomba i'm not going to that expense .I have rang round local repairers ,most didn't know what i was talking about but i struck lucky and found someone who has dealt with them he has taken it away to see if he's got a switch that will fit or he will have send for the part .Fingers crossed it's the best gadget i have ever bought, but off putting when theres no uk repair centre, things do go wrong and sending to Germany isn't practicual0 -

Hi, mrsr.
No need to send your robot to Germany. I repair these for a living in Walsall. Have you got it sorted? When I was 5, my dad told me that the ice-cream van only played songs when it's out of ice-cream. Cheek!:mad:0 -

Per other thread - whilst I am sure you are trying to be helpful touting for business on these forums is rather frowned on. Also resurrecting old threads to do so won't win you any friends either.
