Hi all -
I had a lovely pair of cute slipper for Christmas from the in-laws. I've already worn them to death and was quite disappointed that they lasted such a short period of time. I knew they weren't cheap, cause I asked for them, but honestly thought they'd outlast the cold! Anyway, I emailed Aroma Home from their website and was promptly replied to. Not only that, but they admitted a fault and offered me a new pair of slippers. I love my slippers, but I have a young child and am terrified I'll slip or trip when carrying her in the old slippers. So, I said yes, expecting it to take weeks. This morning (two days later), I hold in my hands a brand new pair of slippers, identical to the old pair, with a handwritten compliments slip.
To be fair, that was fabulous customer service. I'm seriously impressed. :money:
