:mad:I have written to them twice, maybe three times now requesting that they CANCEL my ppi and refund any monies paid, as i believe it was missold to me. I dont work, haven't done since way before i took out the credit card, so the ppi was of no use to me.
Sooooooooo, they are STILL charging me £12 odd a month PPI, why?why?why?
Can anyone post up a sample letter to send to them and the ombudsman, as i've had enough now of them not listening.
I had a company called ashworth law wanting to dot his for me, and i nearly succumed cos im sick of it, but i know i can do this with your help

Hi there
sorry to hear of that.
I would either ring the FOS and ask if they could write to them for you, or get a complaint in with the FOS now by requesting a complaint form or download and print online, but the FOS will write to them on your behalf on request.

I'm sure they will be able to help, good luck and please keep us posted.

Go through a PPI claims firm if you are not having any luck with your lender - this is what I had to do as I was getting really stressed with writing letters to my lender and not getting any response. A claims company will put more pressure on them.0

Why? What do you think your company can do that people cannot do on their own for just the price of a stamp.:mad:0
