User Manual, Magimix

Just a little rant.
I have a Magimix Nespresso coffee machine given to me by my daughter it has no manual/user booklet so I looked online and a company called BBS Ltd deal with all spare parts ect for Magimix.
Great only £1,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, P&P £4.99, is this right I asked? yes came the reply we have a lot of overheads. . my response and relply

You may well find you can download it for free from the Magimix website. For example, if you go to this page http://www.magimix.com/index.php?rid=193&cid=1006&lg=502# and click on the 'imprimer' button, then click on the pdf button, as if by magic the manual for that model will appear. I dare say that will work for other models, too!0
