Does anyone know if planning permission/approval is required to install bi-fold doors?0

Shouldn't be unless you are in listed building. Folding doors wouldn't be any different regs wise from french doors for example

Thanks. We're replacing french doors and a large window and the property is not listed. I need to speak to the LA as we'll be raising the decking to be level with the house (about 18in) so I'll just run it past them then0
