Hi, I have been allocated 2 mystery shops by Gap Buster, the fee is £* does anyone know if you also get reimbursed travel costs or will it just be the fee?
    Thanks:)

you just get the paid the fee and no expenses. if you get a re-imb i think you get the whole amount even if you don't spend it. although i have only ever been able to do that for a chicken place :(

    lol and me!!!!

Bingo wins since Jan: £1320 :T
  • Ive just been accepted onto ESA,there seem to be loads of jobs on there,if I apply for all the ones that are near me do they give you them anyway or is it pot luck, thanks
  • Now a question for the egg experts.. I have 'Hurrah..' been allocated an eggy job, my first with this company.. Have looked at the worksheet.. where do you find the actually details of the job??? on the questionnaire it refers to 'was product 1 available, was product 2 available'.. etc.. where do I find what I've got to look for.. I'm sure I'm just being especially thick, I think Gyp have drained my brain power....

    Thanks for listening...[/QUOTE]

Same here got same job think I'm having a senior moment with this whats your excuse ???????:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I wonder if its to do with the deal posters that are in the windows, my local 1 always has lots of offers advertised in the window, if thats the case i'll take a look @ them on the way to the other job.
If somebody could enlighten the pair of us i'm sure we'll be grateful.:)

Apply for all you want, but don't hold your breathe waiting to be allocated.:mad::mad:
    Otherwise you'll expire.
There seems to be no rhyme nor reason in their allocating tactics.
  • Lose the fee from your post please!

Gap will pay you what they say they will pay you. If it doesn't say that they will reimburse travel costs then they won't reimburse travel costs. MS companies are all pretty uniform in telling you up front what you will get (and if it doesn't say you'll receive travel reimbursement, for example, it's fair to assume you won't).

Best take the fee out of the quote which you quoted too!

Anyone had an email advising of betting opportunities for RE? I've looked through a large geographical area and cannot see any.

Hello everyone, ive done quite a few mystery shops now but cant really get very many mind you I am in North Northumberland,I was just wondering where abouts people on here are actually from, I dont mean street names and postcodes just roughly, am I the only mystery shopper in Northumberland, it does feel like it because whenever the rare job does come up close to me it normally goes to me.

I'm not too far from you, in Sunderland.

meandmaboy, sorry messed up when trying to quote you.

Sounds like the briefing notes for ESA egg jobs are still to be added. Should also be a crib sheet with the deals to look out for.

Look out for the red signage for the offers. Makes it a bit easier to spot sometimes. You may find they're not all stocked or not all on offer though.
  • Hi thanks for the tip on stamps on gyp but I was still too slow to sign them!! Really annoying person takes all stamps and red shop jobs and always ignores all other jobs...I get gyp on phone please can you do these urgent...and other person says does not like fast food so wont do yet they let her take all best ones soooo annoying - sorry rant over!! I think will refuse quick food next time unless they allow some stamps/red shops as well to make it worth while.

No doubt we all have these people who only ever take the best and leave the rest..
