Well the posh make-up is gone out of my applications already! Are you supposed to click somewhere else to self allocated (ie not the apply button??)

I didn't even see them. I only have 4 in the whole country and none near me.

A bit of ‘Moral’ advice here please.

My brother has always gotten more MS jobs than me, even though I have been doing this for a few years it has always confused me how he could pick up more jobs in areas where once a jobs was chosen the others vanished and how for example I could only do 3 bookmakers and he could do 9 !, well yesterday whilst I was complaining about how quiet it all was he dropped a bit of a bomb shell !.

He told me that for some MS companies he has 3 accounts !, 1 is true and the other 2 under false names and made up addresses !, he has even opened 3 bank accounts so they are all separate !, he tells me that all the earnings are declared to HMRC so there is no fiddling in that direction, so he does not seem to be hiding anything or not paying tax etc but I can’t see the MS companies being happy !.

It’s nothing really to do with me as such but I am quite surprised by it, I also don’t know where he stands if someone finds out, I don’t know if HMRC would be interested because the income is being declared, but using false names and addresses could be another matter.

I'm branded a nasty cheater! As I'm never going to need the qualifiaction it doesn't bother me much. He was very nice about my 'honest mistake due to nerves'

Did my two lunches today. Still feeling very stuffed. Just about to take the dog out and try to walk off at least one lunch. Very quiet for next month. Have one burger bar and thats it. Interested to see how it goes. My last visit was queried and me and my car were correctly identified in the email from GAP. Wasnt sure if I would be allowed another visit.

Think they may have failed the target last time. I will be examining my burger very closely on my next visit and even then I doubt if I'll actually eat it.

I doubt it would bother HMRC, but the MS co's would not be happy about it.

This is the reason why MS work is dying, people trying to cheat the system. And its just pure greedy. There are restrictions from people doing more jobs than they should do, to make sure that the client gets a good all-round opinion from a wide range of people.

Reading this made me feel sick - tell your brother to sort it out, or tell the MS co's what he is up to.
