Just had my first client query - what a joke!

They are disputing my description of a member of staff - gender!!! :rotfl:

Bet it's because the toilets were minging and I wrote that down!

ETA - I didn't actually say they were minging!

:jwhoo hoo, just been accepted for a coffee and expensive hadbag shop for react, this follows my 3 attraction ones i did last week, i only scored 5/10 5/10/ 6/10 so i thought i was so poor i wouldnt be asked again

I had one the other week because I'd said the fries were cold... Client had tried saying I hadn't tasted the fries at the counter (which I never do anyway!). I explained I tasted them when I sat down so if they were hot when they gave me them they would still be hot 10 seconds later when I sat down!! :rotfl:

DH - maybe if they had been wearing a flowery dress I would have known for sure they were female & not male

I had one where several of the chips were still raw in the middle and then gyp wonder why we don't like doing them!

In a word.... No It defeats the object of employing an MS programme if you wont accept the results... I know the burger place use them for guaging how well a particular burger shop has done and their bonuses are tied to them though so I suppose the easiest way to try to keep the bonus is to discredit the shopper...

I've also not been getting alerts - it seems to be random though - I'll get an alert, log on, then not receive them until I log on again and see that I've missed some!! Very bizarre since I always make sure I'm logged on and not viewing the page as a guest!
