It was competitors, so may not be many about. There was only 1 in my area.

Had 5 showing here, was all competitor chains, beginning with "S" and "M"

There are new ones. Competitor supermarkets. I tried to apply for one picked a date within the time frame. It came up date not matched. Don't know what the problem with their site is.

Also with the competitor visits I find I need to search under All as they don't always seem to show up when I search my area.

I got the same. Closer inspection shows very limited date wthin wide time frame. (eg Friday only)

No problem with the site. You have to elect to carry out the visit on the date/s specified in the job description. If you select a date that doesn't correlate but is within the wave window you get the response "day not matched" - I just tested it

Sometimes the wave is a certain range of dates but but specific branches have to be done on specific dates within that time.

For example, I'm looking at a local one which says on the list "06 Apr 2010 - 11 Apr 2010" but when I select the job, at the bottom of the Visit Brief it says: "Visit Info. 1: - Sat 10 April 12:00-20:00" so if I were to try and set the date for 6th, 7th, 8yj, 9th, or 11th it would refuse.

Got one job booked for Saturday - OH can have LO.
I needed an eye test as well - problem is it says not to buy glasses (which is fine cos I can't really afford it and don't think my prescription has changed that much) but I'm interested in getting contact lenses again!
Should I just do the visit and enquire about the lenses another time?
I would probably buy them online cos it's cheaper :money:
