I always give a false name & address for these - similar to my own and my real postcode otherwise I can't remember what I've said!!

I usually use my maiden name but as it's Lithuanian they can never spell it and rarely ask so it probably has all kinds of variations on their systems! :eek:

I also give a mobile number that's just one digit out to my own - or occasionally my real home number but they do usually call, so just say you've changed your mind etc.

Does anyone else have a gazzilion jobs in Ireland show up as local to them on ESA? I was going to call them about it, but if it's a glitch that affects everyone then I don't want to be the 2000th person to complain about it kwim?

Just give a diffirent 1st name and same mobie at each one. Easier than making up a false address and postcode.

I filled in a couple of those "NEW" bookies assignment reports for RE last night. I noticed that the questionnaires are exactly the same as they used to be for the mystery shopping company they (the bookies) used to use. Compared with the usual betting shop assignments on RE they are a lot easier to fill in.

Also, that particular mystery shopping company (not RE) seems to have lost a few clients to rivals and probably rely on a certain burger chain for the majority of their income. It's no wonder they keep ringing people up out of desperation to get the burger jobs done. If they ever lost that client they would probably go out of business.

OK Will do. Currently waiting on GR answering phone!!! Stuck with supermarket results from yesterday. No checkouts at this one so not sure how to answer q's about how many manned checkouts etc

I tried emailing stating xxx jobs approaching deadline and not yet allocated, I can do them on xxx day - no reply!

Can I rate the ESA system for job allocation? They need to be mystery shopped!

I've applied for 5 clothes shops, 4 of which I can only do tomorrow (which is the start of the timeframe). Do they think people have nothing else to do but their jobs??

ETA: There are 600 more jobs than yesterday but I can't see them. If someone else can, maybe they could do an alert?
