Have now received my welcome pack for my switch to Ebico and it's all happening on Wednesay - YIPEE!

Have just cancelled my monthly direct debit to British Gas, will pay them the outstanding amount I owe by cheque, which presumably will be OK. Just feel I don't want them having access to my bank account anymore!!

I wonder if they will contact me about this.
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

    You done right, Melbury.
On recently moving from Powergen (to your provider), they mentioned not to cancel the direct debit, and the final bill was £3.50 adrift from my own calculations, despite firm readings. God almighty they used ESTIMATED readings on the final invoice.
Just didn't have the heart to challenge.Good riddance.
