Yes, usually you get 2 inserts, sometimes 3. You can get amazing grocery deals over in America with those coupons. There are sites that will match the coupon with regular store offers to get you best price. I always saved well over 50% on my groceries. Over here I can't get any deals like that

Yeah I went on holiday and heard about this. On teh compound i was living on, you could get it for 75 cents. Theres about 300 coupons in there - I only found 20 or so ones that i wanted

Sites like that will tell you exactly what day and what insert the coupon was. So, you don't have to go through the insert. You just file them away by day, then when a sale comes up in store the site will tell you which coupon to use, you pull it out of your file of inserts.

Saves you the time of going through it.
