    I came on here last week asking for advice, wrote a letter about unhappy I was and how I never agreed to account fees and had hoped they would have been back in touch by now. Any advice on how I proceed. I had considered calling them but prefer to write so I have evidence of getting in touch with them about the issue. If I did call them do they record the time and nature of the message. Thanks Jay

    You only started this thread here on Thursday last week. Today is Tuesday.

    I suspect the bank possibly haven't even received your letter yet, let alone had time to consider it, investigate it, write a response, and allow it to be delivered back to you by snail-mail.
