I came on here last week asking for advice, wrote a letter about unhappy I was and how I never agreed to account fees and had hoped they would have been back in touch by now. Any advice on how I proceed. I had considered calling them but prefer to write so I have evidence of getting in touch with them about the issue. If I did call them do they record the time and nature of the message. Thanks JayI hope that my child, looking back on today
