Never noticed any. Do you use rinse aid?0

we had the same problem. try adjust your salt dispenser, ours has an adjustment in the opening where you fill it up. also you should be able to adjust your rinse aid dispenser.0

Those are salt marks? Now, I haven't had a dishwasher in the UK, but I always thought that those marks on glasses were ETCHED in by too much detergent.:beer:0

You could try vinegar in the rinse aid section. That's what we have in ours.Keep it topped up.0

You need to be sure on what's causing the problem - hard water salts, too much detergent(silicates) which will attack glassware, too much rinse aid (can cause spots!) etc. Have a look at this site to help you out:

Cheap dishwasher powder scours the glasses over time - switch to a good brand if you're not using one already.
Otherwise, marks on the glasses are a good way of realising that your salt or rinse aid has run out (not a problem if you use those 4-in-1 tablets though).0 -
itll be the salt, you need to fill it and run it through a few cycles, your dishwasher has softening resin inside the casing, this needs to be salted to work properly, if adding salt doesnt work after a few cycles then the resin(softner) is !!!!ed and you need a new machine, lack of rinse aid can cause a few run marks but if thats the problem your stuff will be coming out wet(should be nice and dry), i did 10 years repairing commercial catering equipment and 7 on domestic0

We have found that to prevent these marks that even if we use 3 or 4 in 1 tablets we STILL have to keep the salt topped up!0
