Turbo Lister Help

Hi! I would be grateful to anyone with any experience of Turbo Lister to shed some light on my situation please.
Yesterday I unsuccessfully tried to instal Auctiva but it wouldn't generate a ticket, so I abandoned the idea. I then tried to set up Turbo Lister by running the programme, not saving it (don't know if this is right?) it installed on my taskbar and I filled out one listing and saved it yesterday but when I try to use it, it appears blank with no information to retreive and it is asking me to set up a new Turbo lister file, then it connects to ebay to retreive information etc, but I have already done this several times.
Don't know wether I should just give up on the idea as it seems more trouble than its worth? Or is it me being thick and is there an easy solution.
I use windows 7 and I have Norton 360.
Any ideas greatfully received.

Is this an ebay thing? Probably worth asking on the ebay board if it is.0
