Figleaves WOW WHAT SERVICE

I ordered a couple of bras from figleaves, and after a week emailed them to see if they had definately sent them out as they hadnt arrived. She said they had but obviously got lost in the post. (by the way the email reply i got was in less than 3 hours from original email :eek: ). They then went on to say that they will resend the bras out as express delivery at their cost asap.

I received 1 bra the next day, and the other 5 days later (was out of stock and waiting for more stock). Both were sent by royal mail guarenteed next day delivery. And no problems at all!!!!

No problems at all getting the originally ordered items and very very quick as well!!!!

Every email i sent was replied to in less than 5 hours, 1 email was replied to within 30 mins :eek:


Thank you figleaves i wish all retailers were as quick and speedy as sorting out problems, i wasnt looking foward to the fight i thought i might have.



Also boooooooooo to royal mail for losing yet another parcel :rolleyes:

    don't say that to the hundreds of people on here a couple of months ago who got their orders rejected for using discount codes that were apparently not for them :) I wonder how many actually kept their word and boycotted them!

    Probably very few :P

    i was one of those whose voucher didnt get accepted!!! I didnt threaten to boycott them as after all the years i have spent on here i know that some you win and some you lose. We wernt entitled to the vouchers so shouldnt of used them!!!

    I still will be using figleaves especially after the service i have received this time!!
