Rang up and said I wanted to make a payment - which I did! Then said any chance of a VIP slot - they took my account no and said yes I would recieve an email today

I got a phone call from next directory today offering me a vip slot and I picked Thurs morning between 8 and 9 but there going to call me back then. Im very confused. I thought it was going to be an online thing...
