sammy, you're nuts but in a good way. I'm nuts in a "its-going-to-affect-my-life-big-time" way

:o I know...sorry I didn't mean to make light of your situation, but there have been lots of mental health issues in my family. My mum, dad, grandma, and my auntie and my sis have all been hospitalised due to mental health issues. They have all come out of the other side.......

I am about the only one that hasn't tbh, but the thought terrifies me.

Ha me too Becks....everyone was so busy thinking my big sis was nuts, they never noticed anything I did......:rotfl:

I used to do whole stories and act them out - and I am not talking about as a child! Got caught doing once at uni - never been so embarrassed :o:o

But now I dont seem to need to so much - the running gives me time to think stuff in my head without needing to act it out which is interesting - if only someone had told me that earlier :rotfl::rotfl:

I find the PND is less prevalent when I'm running. I don't particularly think anything through but it seems to give me the space I need from reality to be able to cope with it on a daily basis. I really should get my !!!! in gear and get out more:cool::o
