    In other news,I have bu55ered up my diet by going for a major curry splurge last night,bollox!!!
    Ooh,Pepe..forgot to say I thought of you yesterday at the paint shop..lovely old split screen VW van there..took some pics, but they're on my phone so can't show you!

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
