SAR to RBS Do you know of this address?

Sorry to be a bother, 2 quick queries.
1. Sent letter to branch in January requesting copies for loans etc. Did not send a payment or by recorded delivery. Have now copied your SAR & ready to send tomorrow. Have found this address but not sure if its current or correct for PPI on loans & credit cards. ADDRESS:-

2nd query. I keep getting calls from PPI companies, Have decided to follow steps on your site but they keep warning me that time is running out & to put claim in quickly. Following developments in reclaiming bank charges, I was concerned that reclaim PPI rules were about to change. Is change coming or are they just trying to scare me into using them. Any advice or information very welcome and appreciated.

They are scare mongering You don't need a complany to help you claim PPI If you need any help let me know and I will assit you. I've already got my PPI money back from firstplus

Thanks for reply, I guessed it might be because i'd said it was something I wanted to get around to when I had time. Didn't want to miss the boat though so thought it best to check. Thanks for offering to help, stumbling around a little but steps look pretty straightforward so thought I'd give it a go. Only on 1st step but will take you up on your offer if I get lost. Appreciate having somewhere to turn to so thanks very much.
