How to stop all these unwanted additions into my e-mail address book

I regularly receive jokes which circulate around on e-mail. Whilst I'm happy to receive them I am less than happy with hundreds of recipients' addresses who I don't know from Adam being automatically added to my e-mail address book.

How can I stop this happening? I'm on Outlook Express. There's an "Add to my Address Book" option, but I can't find anything which disallows addresses from being added.

    Check the following
    1. In Outlook Express, on the Tools menu, click Options.
    2. On the Send tab, click Automatically put people I reply to in my Address Book.
    3. Do not press Reply All button
