Lloyds v me £10,000 bank charges lost

I am upset since 2000 i have been fighting with Lloyds my then bank to help me with my financess, as there bank charges where making me overdrawn etc .they gave me credit card that had a protection plan on it one month charges me £1.45 next £18 spirraled to over £1624 of charges. one bank account £1847 another £3581 where they gave me a gold card but charges me £10 a month for it. The bank told me i had to take out there loan to cover all the bank charges £9,700. i couldnt keep up the payments so had to stop paying in 2007. then your advice go for reclaiming the back charges i did it and it went to the courts who said as the test case was not in my favour to pay up. i had LLoyds solicitor ring today i pleaded my case why should i pay for a service i didnt get.
me against them i had to payup they will write off half if i agree to pay a pay plan each month . i am on benefit and totally upset with the system . my dad said if you have money you can make money. he was right. shame i will never know.
any advice ?

Did you actually have a court date today? Was it a strike out application>
