    Lots of motor increases but at the same time councils told to cut grit use by 5-% and only use if really needed.
    Due to the icy weather the pot hole problem is quite an issue at the moment.

    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
