Hi,
I to have received a letter from the court saying that due to the Supreme Court ruling would I like to continue with this claim for my bank charges?
Has anyone got any thoughts around how to proceed?
Cheers

Have the banks actually applied to strike your claim out - what do the letters from the court say ?
You can fight it if you are willing to take a risk with costs against you and have enough time and energy to put into building your case against the bank.
You need to have evidence and examples of specific unfairness in your relationship with the bank. People will help you, Martins guide will be along one day but a templated claim won't be happening - the main arguments legally are UTCCR 5(1) and CCA 140 - both unfair relationships and imbalance of the contract with the bank.
We have a few people coming up to entering Particulars of claim shortly and are working hard on these, but there still will not be a template, just guidance, and the risks are, at the moment, quite high. It has to be your decision.LegalBeagles0
