We have a 3 year old SilverCrest Navigator 4200 purchased from Lidl.It is a really good machine for UK and Europe , but we are travelling to the USA and Canada and want to know how we can load Us and Canada maps onto an SD card to use with the sat nav while we are there.
Does anyone know how we can do this, where we download maps and if there is an issue with compatibilty ? It currently has 'My Guide' European maps on the hard drive.

Hi .
The current map source on the machine is 'MyGuide', and they only do maps of Europe. There is no support from them in how to resolve my problem. The disc they provided with the sat nav only has European maps.
I am sure there must be a way to do this ????0 -
