I got my dress from bhs for £250 and it is lovely.
I also have big boobs FF and I am pregnant so probably even bigger now but the strapless looks fine.
Also I think they do boleros but if not debenhams does them xxx5 March 2010 - Can't Wait!!! :j0 -

I got a wonderful basque to dya in Rigby and Peller - their fitting was excellent, it was £60, but can use it again for black tie dos. It also made me feel so confident about wearing strapless!

and plan to have chocolate brown shrug made (will try organza as suggested) for the day and then a faux fur capoe made for the evening as I get cold easily.
