  • congratulations bunglejemson!I found myself in a similar position. 40K down not knowing where to turn. I too took advice and just decided I was going to pay back every penny. I have 5K to go and I will have a party when its gone. Its great to hear success stories rather than the depressing stuff. Stick with it if you are in problems. People want to help and they can.

:j Yay! Well done you! My current debt isn't far off your total so it's good to know you've been there and made it through! Done the rice and soy sauce too; it's not so bad once you get used to it :D And adding an onion is such a luxury!

Here's to your DF future - and you'll always be welcome on the board to keep out spirits up when they flag :D

  • Well done..

    Its good news to hear.
  • Congratulations! Can't wait to be in your position.

Have so been there with the 1ps and 2ps trying to do something so basic like buy a train ticket. The crap meals - the really crap clothes, the crap hairstyle.

It's like being in prison and yet it's not because you're a bad person.

    Go enjoy your life :)
Debt Free Day - November 1st 2011 - would be a fantastic Christmas that year ((Fingers crossed I can do it)):D

If we all stood together and threw our problems up in the air - we would rather catch our own again than somebody elses :A
