which website

okay people, so which website do we all check the most?

i used to check home.co.uk on a daily basis, but now i think it might be better to check righmoves instead

i'm not sure which is the most upto date

any ideas as i don't want to miss anything new to the market :)

  • Most agents have an automatic upload feed to rightmove, ours uploads at midnight every night so any new properties are visible after midnight. However, our own website is updated automatically as soon as a property is put on our system. Different agents will have different systems! I think rightmove is generally pretty up to date though.

    The only mainstream one that allows keyword search to highlight the type of property I want is Primelocation.

    OCD help needed I think !!

    ( ZOOPLA and MOUSEPRICE too - useful for checking previous sold prices, property estimates etc).
