Switching to Scottish power for extra £50

I've just switched to Scottish Power's online 9 tarriff.

Sorry to be dense, but who pays the extra £50, SP or the comparison site?

The comparison site pays. When (if) Scottish Power pays them.

I don't suppose Martin (or whichever of his underlings wrote it) could have had the decency to point out slightly more explicitly the highlighted little aside at the end is worth another £35 to £55 on top of that extra £50? Pretty shoddy behaviour from the consumer champion.

Yes, as I posted on another thread, I checked very carefully that the price was right for switching, but took MSE's word for and didn't check cashback sites. Would have earned myself almost twice as much. C'est la vie.
