  • Just spoke to lloyds and they said they're going to take another look at my complaint and write back with a proper detailed decision.

I've just posted the complaint form off to the FOS as i doubt lloyds will rush to write back anyway. So just a matter of waiting now :)

I would give them 14 days like we did, if they resolve in your favour, then just let the FOS know so they can remove your case from their files.

We received a response from them today too, since they looked again they are posting a letter with another revised offer.

    Good luck with yours too.

  • Havent heard anything from Lloyds yet but still got another 4 weeks left. But i've been thinking, can i see this as a breach of contract and therefore refuse to pay anything until this is sorted out. Is this my legal right?

Found a good thread here which one of the member states to lloyds what i've said above.

EDIT: Just spoke to them over the phone and asked for an update. They said they sent a letter out today stating that they've accepted my complaint and they're refunding all the ppi payments i've made along with 8% interest. Amazing, and all because of a mistake they made in their terms and conditions :j:beer::j:beer:
