If the menu item has been deleted you can create a new shortcut with the following properties
%SystemRoot%\system32\dfrg.msc
in the target field, and
C:\WINDOWS\system32
in the start in field.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,

Hello Joe134.
Try a nice little package called 'Defraggler'. You can get it, (Completely Free), on the web site for 'Portable Freeware', (i'm not allowed to put in the link because i am a new user).
Just search for the link and search for Defraggler.
This is a great site and most o the software is brilliant as well as it all being FREE.
Defraggler is what i've been using on XP Pro and now on Windows 7.
It doesn't need to be installed either so you can run it from a pen drive.

I agree with Techno
Use Defraggler (XPs built in one is very poor)

Move all you documents and photos onto the D drive.
Don't try to copy installed programs.0 -
Create a new folder on the D drive
Select all the photos currently on the C drive => right click - Copy
Then paste them into the folder you created on the D drive.
When you are happy they are all there, Delete the original files on the C drive
Do the same for your other files (Music etc).0
