Setting up BT broadband on new PC

Options
I'm having problems doing this as it doesn't seem to complete the installation process, they are sending me out a new software CD but did tell me where I could get the drivers for the modem in the meantime, they aren't there and I can't seem to find them on their website.

Can anyone help? Seems to be working fine on my old PC but the installation process comes up with an error message (the one's that give you the option to send an error report) and then tells me my PC doesn't have the minimum requirements (even though it does).

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. BT Broadband and it's a BT Voyager USB ADSL Modem. I've just found the right bit on their website but it doesn't let me log-in with my e-mail address and password and it's defo the right one used for connecting to the net on my old one.

I told them it does so they're going to send me an installation CD in the post to re-install it, it should have the right drivers on.

Can't see how a CD in the post is going to help when you can download the drivers from the Voyager site!

Which Voyager is it? Does it have an Ethernet port?

    ;)

It's got a USB thing in the back and the port for the phone line thing (assuming thats ethernet?).

Apparently the drivers on the web are wrong as well and they're sending me the latest version on CD, I somehow have a feeling that won't resolve the issue either...
