netintellegence help

Hi,

I have received a laptop from the home access scheme, and it comes with netintellegence pre installed, thats great but what isn't, obviously the main reason is so my son can get on the net, but also can be used by parents, i can't access social networking sites on the parent account and don't know how to unblock it, i've tried following the websites instructions, but it just doesn't seem to work. If someone could help i'd much apprieciate it

I think you can allow / disallow any site you want to use via the Parent account. Otherwise contact NetIntelligence or where you got the laptop from for advice.. they will point you in the right direction.
