Hi i feel a bit stupid but when i moved house 18mths ago i rang BT to ask about taking their broadband as my phone was already with them and i was sick of bad connection with aol which was costing me £18.99 a month and also i wanted broadband and phone together rather than both seperate when i talked to the advisor they recommended bt total broadband option3 where they said i would get unlimited calls to landlines as well as my broadband for £32.99 a month now i have realised that i have been paying £60+ a month for broadband and phone (the phone has been put through as a seperate package costing £33.50 a month) i called them twice this morning and they say i cant cancel until may and that basically its my own fault for not understanding that the unlimited calls are only through the hub phone i was told none of this when i orignially signed up. Can anyone please give me some advice about what to do as i can get broadband and phone from sky for £34 a month (which includes line rental) and would never have taken this package from BT had i known the actual cost none of this was explained to me when i ordered the package i asked for broadband and phone to be all one payment and this is not what i have and BT dont seem to understand that i feel i have been mis-sold this package, i am fully aware it is my fault for not noticing this before now but i want out of it now.
